سياسة الخصوصية

تحرص مجلة Berytus Review على احترام خصوصية جميع زوار الموقع والمؤلفين والمحكمين والقراء، وتلتزم بحماية البيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها أثناء استخدام الموقع أو عند تقديم البحوث للنشر.

أولاً: البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها

قد نقوم بجمع المعلومات التالية:

• الاسم الكامل.

• الصفة الأكاديمية أو المهنية.

• المؤسسة أو الجامعة التي ينتمي إليها المستخدم.

• البريد الإلكتروني.

• رقم الهاتف (عند الضرورة).

• البيانات المتعلقة بالمخطوطات والبحوث المقدمة للنشر.

• أي معلومات يختار المستخدم تقديمها طوعًا.

ثانيًا: استخدام البيانات

تُستخدم البيانات الشخصية للأغراض التالية:

• إدارة عملية تقديم البحوث وتحكيمها ونشرها.

• التواصل مع المؤلفين والمحكمين والقراء.

• إصدار شهادات أو إفادات عند الاقتضاء.

• تحسين خدمات الموقع وتجربة المستخدم.

• الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.

لا يتم بيع البيانات الشخصية أو تأجيرها أو مشاركتها مع أي جهة خارجية لأغراض تجارية.

ثالثًا: سرية التحكيم

تلتزم المجلة بالحفاظ على سرية جميع البحوث المقدمة قبل النشر، كما تلتزم بسرية هوية المحكمين وفقًا لسياسة التحكيم المعتمدة، ما لم يقتض القانون خلاف ذلك.

رابعًا: أمن المعلومات

تعتمد المجلة إجراءات تقنية وإدارية معقولة لحماية البيانات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو التعديل أو الإفصاح غير المشروع.

خامسًا: ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)

قد يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط لتحسين الأداء وتحليل حركة الاستخدام. ويجوز للمستخدم تعطيلها من خلال إعدادات المتصفح إذا رغب بذلك.

سادسًا: حقوق المستخدم

يجوز للمستخدم طلب:

• الاطلاع على بياناته الشخصية.

• تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة.

• حذف البيانات عندما يكون ذلك متوافقًا مع الالتزامات القانونية والأكاديمية.

• التواصل مع هيئة التحرير بشأن أي استفسار يتعلق بالخصوصية.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية

تلتزم مجلة Berytus Review بحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمؤلفين واحترام المعايير الدولية للنشر الأكاديمي.

أولاً: حقوق المؤلف

تبقى الحقوق الأدبية للمؤلف محفوظة بصورة كاملة. ويقر المؤلف بأن البحث المقدم هو عمل أصيل ولم يسبق نشره أو تقديمه للنشر في جهة أخرى، ما لم يتم الإفصاح عن ذلك صراحةً.

ثانيًا: ترخيص النشر

بمجرد قبول البحث للنشر، يمنح المؤلف المجلة حق نشر البحث ورقيًا أو إلكترونيًا أو عبر قواعد البيانات أو أي وسائل نشر مستقبلية، مع احتفاظ المؤلف بحقوقه الأدبية.

ثالثًا: مسؤولية المحتوى

يتحمل المؤلف وحده المسؤولية الكاملة عن الآراء والاستنتاجات الواردة في بحثه، ولا تعبر بالضرورة عن رأي هيئة التحرير أو المجلة.

رابعًا: الاقتباس وإعادة الاستخدام

يجوز الاقتباس من الأبحاث المنشورة لأغراض علمية وبحثية مع الالتزام بالأصول الأكاديمية والإشارة الكاملة إلى المصدر.

ولا يجوز إعادة نشر أي بحث أو جزء جوهري منه أو ترجمته أو استغلاله تجاريًا دون الحصول على إذن كتابي من أصحاب الحقوق عند الاقتضاء.

خامسًا: الانتحال العلمي

تعتمد المجلة سياسة صارمة تجاه جميع أشكال الانتحال أو التزوير أو تلفيق البيانات أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، ويحق لها رفض البحث أو سحبه متى ثبت وقوع أي مخالفة.

سادسًا: العلامات والأسماء التجارية

تعود جميع الشعارات والعلامات التجارية والأسماء المستخدمة في الموقع إلى أصحابها القانونيين، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.

1. Authors’ Rights

Authors retain the moral rights to their scholarly work. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration elsewhere unless clearly disclosed.

2. Publication License

Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant the Journal the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the work available in print, online, databases, and future publishing platforms, while retaining their moral rights.

3. Responsibility for Content

Authors bear sole responsibility for the opinions, analyses, findings, and conclusions expressed in their publications. Such views do not necessarily reflect those of the Editorial Board or the Journal.

4. Citation and Reuse

Published material may be cited for academic and research purposes provided that proper scholarly attribution is given.

No article, substantial part thereof, or translation may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without obtaining the appropriate written permission from the relevant rights holders.

5. Plagiarism and Publication Ethics
