To support editorial operations and ensure sustainable open-access publication, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted for publication.

Important Policy

Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance for publication.

All submissions undergo:

• Initial editorial screening

• Independent peer review

• Scientific and ethical evaluation

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject any submission that does not satisfy the journal’s academic or ethical standards.

Fee Waivers and Reductions

Partial fee reductions or waivers may be considered in selected cases.

Requests are evaluated solely at the discretion of the Editorial Board.

Submission and Payment Procedures

• APC payment related to preliminary screening and review is non refundable.

• Fees are non-refundable once editorial and publication processing has commenced.

مجلة بيريتوس – Berytus Review هي مجلة أكاديمية علمية محكّمة مستقلة، تلتزم بالمعايير الأكاديمية والأخلاقية الدولية في مجالات القانون والعلوم السياسية والعلوم الإنسانية.

ومن أجل دعم العمليات التحريرية وضمان استمرارية النشر الأكاديمي المفتوح الوصول (Open Access)، تعتمد المجلة رسوم معالجة ونشر للأبحاث المقبولة للنشر.

قيمة الرسوم

• رسوم معالجة ونشر البحث (APC): 270 دولار أمريكي

تشمل الرسوم

تُساهم هذه الرسوم في تغطية:

• الإدارة والتحرير الأكاديمي

• تنظيم عملية التحكيم العلمي المزدوج المجهول (Double-Blind Peer Review)

• فحص الاقتباس والانتحال العلمي

• المراجعة اللغوية والتنسيقية

• النشر الإلكتروني والأرشفة الرقمية

• صيانة الموقع وضمان الوصول المستدام للمحتوى

• إعداد البيانات الوصفية والتطوير المستقبلي للفهرسة العلمية

سياسة مهمة

إن تسديد رسوم النشر لا يعني قبول البحث للنشر.

إذ تخضع جميع الأبحاث إلى:

• فحص أولي من هيئة التحرير

• تحكيم علمي مستقل

• تقييم أكاديمي وأخلاقي كامل

وتحتفظ هيئة التحرير بحق رفض أي بحث لا يستوفي المعايير العلمية أو الأخلاقية المعتمدة لدى المجلة.

الإعفاءات والتخفيضات

يجوز النظر في منح تخفيضات جزئية أو إعفاءات خاصة في بعض الحالات

ويعود تقدير ذلك حصراً إلى هيئة التحرير.

آلية التقديم والدفع

• رسوم معالجة التحرير و المراجعة المبدئية غير قابلة للاسترداد.

• الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء الإجراءات التحريرية والفنية الخاصة بالنشر.

الأمانة العلمية

تلتزم مجلة بيريتوس رفيو بسياسة صارمة في الأمانة العلمية، حيث تخضع جميع الأبحاث لفحص الانتحال العلمي والتقييم الأخلاقي والأكاديمي، كما تعتمد المجلة سياسة واضحة بشأن الاستخدام المسؤول لأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الكتابة الأكاديمية.
